What to Expect
Guided Meditation
Guided meditation provides a structured and supportive experience, leading individuals through a calming journey to enhance relaxation and mindfulness in preparation for each journey.
Guided Integration
Engage in open and supportive discussions, drawing inspiration from your reflections and discoveries.
Group Ketamine Journeys
Three medically supervised, intramuscular (IM) ketamine injections in a small group atmosphere with music and intention to support the process.
Collective Exploration
Together, we'll navigate the stages of the Hero's Journey, embracing adventure, confronting challenges, and celebrating transformation.
Personal Reflection
This process involves thoughtful image exploration, selecting meaningful visuals, and reflecting on journal prompts to access the subconscious. This approach promotes introspection, self-discovery, and fosters personal growth and deep transformation.
Guidance and Support
Facilitators will be there to guide the group through every step and offer support throughout the process.

5 Group Sessions
2 — 1.5-hour group experiences with guided sharing, education, and community.
3 — 4-hour, physician-administered and monitored, inter-muscular (IM) ketamine dosing sessions, guided meditation, music, therapy, and group support.
5NP AcuDetox administered by certified clinicians.
Eligibility for Low-Cost, Facilitated Group "Booster" Sessions
Eligibility for participation in a 2.5-hour fully facilitated group session with IM ketamine administration, including a 1-hour guided integration Zoom session the following day, and community support.
