Who This Is For
This group is designed for healing professionals—therapists, physicians, nurses, acupuncturists, bodyworkers, chaplains, and others in the caregiving fields—who are seeking rest, reconnection, and personal insight within a supportive, trauma-informed space.
Whether you're new to ketamine or have previous experience, this group welcomes those who are curious about exploring non-ordinary states of consciousness in a well-held community setting. You do not need to be in crisis to benefit—this is a space for reflection, inner work, and tending to your own well-being.
We welcome participants of all backgrounds and identities. If you’re unsure if this offering is right for you, we’re happy to connect for a brief consultation.

What to Expect
This offering is a one-day, in-person ketamine group experience created specifically for healing professionals. It is bookended by two virtual sessions—an online Preparation Circle two days before and an Integration Circle the day after. Our intention is to create a gentle, trauma-informed arc of care that supports deep inner work, shared insight, and restoration.
Whether this is your first experience with ketamine or you're returning for deeper exploration, you are welcome here.
Preparation Circle (Online)
Held two days before our in-person gathering, this virtual session sets the tone for our time together. We’ll orient you to the group process, discuss what to expect, review safety guidelines, and explore your personal intentions. This is also a time to connect with fellow participants and begin to build the supportive group container.
Guided Meditation
We open the in-person day with a grounding meditation to help quiet the mind and connect with the body. This supportive practice eases the transition into a more receptive, contemplative state and lays the foundation for the work ahead.
Mini Live Sound Bath
As part of the day’s rhythm, we offer a short, live sound bath using singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. The vibrations support nervous system regulation, deepen embodiment, and enhance openness to the ketamine experience. You are invited to simply receive.
Movement Meditation
As part of our preparation and integration process, participants are invited into gentle, intuitive movement practices. These meditations in motion help reconnect you to your body, regulate the nervous system, and support the natural unfolding of the ketamine experience.
5-NP AcuDetox Auricular Acupuncture (Optional)
Before the medicine session, you may choose to receive 5-point auricular acupuncture. This gentle, community-based protocol helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support emotional and energetic balance.
Group Ketamine Journey
In a safe and carefully held space, participants receive an intramuscular (IM) ketamine dose, supported by experienced facilitators and a licensed prescriber. Music and intention and sound are woven into the experience, allowing for deep inner exploration in quiet companionship with others.
Personal Reflection
Time is intentionally created for journaling, rest, and solo integration. You are encouraged to move at your own pace, tending to what arises with care and compassion.
Collective Exploration
Following the journey, we gather in circle for gentle, facilitated integration. This time is for honoring what emerged and supporting one another through reflection and shared presence.
Guided Integration Circle (Online)
The day after the in-person event, we meet online to reflect, share, and continue the integration process. Together, we explore how to bring the insights from the journey into our work, relationships, and everyday life.
Included in the Package
This experience includes approximately 10 hours of thoughtfully structured care—beginning with a medical evaluation and virtual preparation, followed by a full-day, in-person group ketamine session, and concluding with an online integration circle. Along the way, you’ll engage in group sharing, intention setting, a sound bath, integration activities, and meaningful connection with a community of like-minded professionals.
